Rules for abstract submission

Poster Preparation Standards

- All sessions will be presided by a Coordinator, which the Scientific Committee will indicate
- Posters should be prepared in a clear and esthetically pleasant form, with a maximum dimension of 0.8 m width x 1.0 m height
- Posters should be elaborated in the same language used to submit the abstract (Portuguese, English or Spanish)
- If you include the official SLACA logo in the upper right margin, the following dimensions are mandatory:
a) 7 cm width x 7 cm height
b) NO BORDERS
- In the upper left margin, insert a rectangular text box (no borders) as follows:
a) 8 cm width x 4 cm height
b) font ARIAL 52 Bold White Background Black Font
c) Include the abstract acceptance code (flush left)
- Place, date and time for poster presentations will be disseminated.
- Check out an example.
- Download the official SLACA logo and include it in your poster. Click here
